Mediation is a voluntary procedure in which a mediator facilitates communication between the parties concerning a matter in dispute and explores possible solutions to promote reconciliation, understanding, and settlement. Once the attorneys agree to proceed with mediation, they can contact a case manager to inquire about specific dates and/or mediators’ availability. The SCHEDULE A MEDIATION request form may also be used to submit an online request.
