Robert J. David, Jr. is a partner at Juneau David, APLC, a firm which practices throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. David has been involved in arbitrations, mediations, administrative trials, and/or litigation in over 25 states. He has tried many cases to verdict on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

During his undergraduate studies, Mr. David’s academic interests and coursework involved negotiation and conflict resolution, alternative dispute resolution, ethics, group processes, collective bargaining, and organizational behavior. In his law practice, he has devoted considerable time and particularly enjoyed counseling people and business clients on developing and implementing proactive approaches to resolution of disputes and development of methods to reach fair, expedient, and cost-effective solutions.

Mr. David is based out of Perry Dampf’s Lafayette, Louisiana mediation office, but he is available wherever he may be needed.
