Corey Kendrick Wilson

Corey Wilson is the sixth Superintendent in the 75-year history of the Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC). He brings twenty-five years of government, business, legal and financial experience to his mediation clients. Mr. Wilson began his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young, LLP. Prior to joining BREC, Mr. Wilson was a successful small business owner for more than 10 years. He has also worked for a major corporate law firm, Akin, Gump, Strauss, and Hauer, LLP, and has a wealth of experience in a wide range of areas.

Mr. Wilson also volunteered as a court appointed special advocate for CASA of Baton Rouge which helps foster children find permanent homes. He resides in Baton Rouge with his loving wife Kay and their beautiful daughter Naima. He still enjoys sports as much as he did in high school and dabbles in photography in his spare time.
