Keith L. Richardson

Keith Richardson is a partner in the Baton Rouge firm of Schutte, Terhoeve, Richardson, Eversberg, Cronin, Judice, & Boudreaux. He was admitted to practice in Louisiana in 1992, holds a BA from LSU, and received his JD from the George Washington University. After serving as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Richardson returned to Baton Rouge, and practiced with Guglielmo, Marks, Schutte, Terhoeve, & Love from 1996 until the formation of his present firm in 2016. His primary practice areas include civil litigation, premises liability, coverage analysis, bad faith defense, and general insurance defense for a wide range of carriers. He is a past board member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel (LADC) and has extensive trial and appellate experience in courts throughout the State of Louisiana. Mr. Richardson believes that the mediation process is the most efficient and effective method for the resolution of nearly all types of disputes.

Mr. Richardson is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the State of Louisiana, and is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He has twenty-eight years of practice including over 100 trials in personal injury, insurance and premises liability. Mr. Richardson has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and adherence to professional standards of ethics.
