Kent Moroux, Jr.
Kent Moroux is a partner at the Baton Rouge law firm of Kinchen, Walker, Bienvenu, Bargas, Reed & Helm. He has over a decade of litigation practice with a broad scope of experience ranging from his early career as a plaintiff personal injury attorney, to then staff counsel as an insurance defense attorney, to presently retained panel counsel for several of the country’s largest insurers. He has tried as lead attorney more than 60 bench trials, tried lead counsel in eight jury trials to verdict, and has successfully argued and won in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. From 2008-2018, he participated in the second highest number of "tort injury" trials in East Baton Rouge Parish. This extensive trial experience and knowledge of judges, venues, and quantum is an asset to parties seeking resolution of disputes.
