Isidro René DeRojas

René DeRojas is a bilingual Hispanic-American with extensive experience in litigating personal injury disputes in state and federal courts throughout Louisiana. Since 2013 he has successfully mediated numerous cases throughout the state. He is a member of the law firm of McCranie, Sistrunk, Anzelmo, Hardy, McDaniel & Welch, where he has maintained a diversified insurance defense practice with a concentration in the areas of personal injury and premises liability since 1991. He has lectured at CLE seminars and is a Lorman Distinguished Faculty Member. He has also given numerous client educational seminars. From 1987 until 1991, he was an associate with the law firm of Regan and Associates, where he maintained a general practice that included personal injury, workers compensation, family law, bankruptcy, estate planning, successions, business organizations, and real estate transactions. Mr. DeRojas has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest rating of “AV.”
