  • We have “Duty Mediators” on stand-by to handle cases on any given day.
  • Ideal for cases valued at less than $50,000 or cases that require mediation set within a few days or weeks (courthouse-steps).
  • Also, ideal for workers’ compensation cases.
  • Rate: $600 for a 2-hour session held at Perry Dampf and $250 per hour thereafter.
