Mr. Juneau has over thirty years of legal experience. An active trial attorney for the first twenty years of his practice as a shareholder with Juneau David, APLC, he gained extensive experience in a wide variety of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including class actions, first-party claims, general casualty, insurance coverage, mass torts, premises liability, products liability, professional liability, toxic torts, and trucking litigation. Mr. Juneau represented both plaintiffs and defendants and tried cases in various venues throughout the State of Louisiana. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana, Texas, and the District of Columbia.

While Mr. Juneau’s full-time mediation practice has focused on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, he has mediated cases in a wide array of other fields as well – such as business, commercial, and contract disputes. The positive synergy created in his mediations breeds an environment for amicable resolution.

Mr. Juneau completed mediation training at the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Law School, ranked the top dispute resolution program in the country by U.S. News & World Report. He has also been appointed by various judges to serve as Special Master in complex class action disputes.

Recognized as a leader in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. Juneau has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the field of Mediation. He is also an elected Fellow in the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals (ACAN), and the Louisiana Bar Foundation. He is also an elected Barrister in the College of Master Advocates and Barristers. He has been repeatedly named by Louisiana Life Magazine and St. Charles Avenue Magazine as one of the "Top Attorneys in Louisiana", as well as a "Louisiana Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics. He achieved the highest rating (“A.V.”) by Martindale-Hubbell legal directory in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution, as evaluated by his peers.

Mr. Juneau was born and reared in Lafayette. He and his wife, Karen, are the proud parents of three adult children: Truley, Thomas, and Mary. He is active in various civic and charitable organizations, including Tiger Athletic Foundation (Board Member), Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana (Emeritus Board Member), Acadiana Tigers (Past President), and United Way of Acadiana (Volunteer Hall of Fame).
