Emmett C. Sole
Mr. Sole is a senior partner with Stockwell, Sievert, Viccellio, Clements & Shaddock, LLP in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has over forty years of legal experience in construction, fidelity and surety, product liability, professional liability, insurance and toxic torts law. His lengthy legal career and litigation experience in many areas of the law uniquely qualify him to assist as a neutral in the resolution of legal disputes. In addition to his law and ADR practice, Mr. Sole is a frequent lecturer and panelist at professional meetings and seminars.
In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Mr. Sole attended mediation training programs offered by Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution in conjunction with Pepperdine University School of Law. U.S. News & World Report ranked Pepperdine the #1 dispute resolution program in the country. In the Fall of 2009, Mr. Sole completed additional coursework at Pepperdine covering Mediating Complex Construction Disputes.
