David J. Shea
David Shea is a partner with Bordelon & Shea, L.L.P., and has been practicing law for 28 years. For the past 24 years, he has primarily represented injured workers and their families. Mr. Shea’s practice has focused on plaintiff’s personal injury law. He has represented offshore workers, Jones Act seamen, as well as people injured in automobile accidents. He has experience in medical malpractice and workers’ compensation.
In addition to his plaintiff’s practice, Mr. Shea has also represented two of the largest employers in Terrebonne Parish. He has defended these employers in worker’s compensation matters and other general civil litigation.
Mr. Shea provides a unique perspective. He has an extensive personal injury practice and he has also represented major defendants.
