Bert K. Robinson
Mr. Robinson, having practiced primarily construction law, and also commercial and real estate law, is now devoting all of his time to ADR.
He has been resolving clients’ problems through the ADR process for over 25 years. He served as managing partner of a title insurance agency, and was actively involved with real estate investments in Louisiana and New Mexico. His experience in the construction field is broad, including participating in contract negotiation, specification review, and representing clients in ADR and litigation. Representative clients are: public and private owners, surety companies and insurers, design professionals, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors: residential, commercial, industrial, utilities, specialty, highway and heavy utility, and institutional structures. Further, his experience includes widely varied subject matters, e.g., change orders, performance, plans, specifications, contract interpretation and acceleration and delay claims.
Mr. Robinson receives annual training in ADR techniques. In addition, he has served as a construction law lecturer in the Department of Construction of Louisiana State University, and for a number of years, he served as an Adjunct Professor at the Louisiana State University Law Center.Areas of Concentration
