Doug Moreau
Mr. Moreau, recently retired District Attorney of East Baton Rouge Parish, has one of the most varied and interesting backgrounds of any panel member of Perry Dampf Dispute Solutions. Mr. Moreau, a former All American football player at Louisiana State University, has served as an attorney, adjunct professor, elected judge, district attorney and mediator. He enjoys an unblemished reputation as a value driven, highly credible legal professional who understands that fairness is critical to the process of settlement.
