Daniel Lund III
Mr. Lund is a partner in Shields Mott Lund L.L.P. in New Orleans, Louisiana. His practice specializes in construction and surety litigation and arbitration, business, insurance and products liability defense litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, telecommunications, as well as land use law in the areas of zoning and planning. Mr. Lund is also the author and editor of the quarterly Shields Mott Lund Louisiana Construction Law and News Update.
Mr. Lund will be covering mediations and arbitrations statewide in Louisiana. With over twenty years of legal experience representing businesses, Mr. Lund is ideally suited for cases requiring resolution of complex business matters.
Endeavoring always to broaden his horizons, Mr. Lund recently obtained a Masters of Theological Studies degree from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.
