Thomas R. Juneau, Sr. is a shareholder with Juneau David, APLC in Lafayette. With over eighteen years of legal experience, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has tried many cases throughout the State of Louisiana. He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been recognized as a "Louisiana Super Lawyer." The vast majority of his mediations result in a settlement, and he is tireless and creative in his approach. He has successfully mediated a wide array of cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, oilfield/offshore claims, premises liability claims, hurricane claims, insurance coverage disputes, mass torts, product liability claims, professional liability claims, class action lawsuits, and wrongful death claims.
