David H. Hanchey
Mr. Hanchey is a managing member of the Hanchey Law Firm, L.L.C., located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. With twenty years of legal experience spanning over both defense and plaintiff work, he has practiced in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, maritime, insurance, bad faith insurance claims, property & casualty, toxic torts, contractual disputes, redhibition and general litigation. Additionally, he has handled class action cases for plaintiffs and defendants including class certification hearings and class action trials.
Mr. Hanchey graduated from Louisiana State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Finance and in 1989 with a J.D. from Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University. He also completed a 40-hour Mediation Certification Course from the University of Houston Law Center, Blakely Advocacy Institute – AA White DRC in 2006.
